Jason Lentz, Vice President of Multi-Family for Stonehill-PRM, has seven years of real estate development experience in both the conventional and student housing industries. His primary responsibilities include the sourcing of new development opportunities as well as the oversight and execution of existing transactions that are currently under development. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Lentz was Assistant Vice President of Development for Collegiate Development Services (CDS), a student housing developer he helped found in 2001. While at CDS he utilized both conventional and tax-exempt financing to facilitate the development of over 6,500 beds of both on and off-campus student housing nationwide for public and private colleges and universities.
Previously, Mr. Lentz served as Development Associate for Dallas-based JPI’s on-campus student housing division and as a Development Analyst for Houston-based Camden Property Trust, one of the nation’s largest multi-family REITS. His responsibilities at Camden included identifying and researching potential development markets as well as underwriting and presenting potential development opportunities to Camden’s Board of Trustees.
Mr. Lentz is a member of The National Association of College and University Business Officers (NACUBO) as well as The Association of College and University Housing Officers (ACUHO-I).
Mr. Lentz holds a B.B.A. in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin.
