Tommy Stansell, financial analyst for Stonehill-PRM Realty, joined the firm in May of 2006. Mr. Stansell’s primary responsibilities are to provide analytical and due diligence support to firm’s principals for decisions relating to new investments as well as existing holdings. Mr. Stansell will also serve in a support role to Mike Hirsbrunner regarding financial reporting. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Stansell worked in different business areas within the radio industry, and decided to pursue a master’s degree in real estate. Upon completion of graduate studies he joined Stonehill-PRM Realty with a decided focus on residential multi-family, student housing, and land acquisition/development.

Mr. Stansell received a B.S. in Economics from Southern Methodist University, and a graduate degree from Texas A&M University, Masters Land & Real Estate Development.
